Shipping policy
Made to order. Every item in our store is printed and made just for you after you place your order. Because of this, orders are not shipped immediately.
Processing time. Production usually takes [2–7] business days, depending on the product. Once your order is ready, it is shipped to you.
Shipping time. After production, delivery times are estimated at:
- United States: [3–7] business days
- International: [7–21] business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, holidays or customs.
Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Multiple items. If you order more than one item, they may be made in different locations and arrive in separate packages, on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
Tracking. When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 1–2 days to update.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order goes into production.
Customs and duties. For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
